Just returned home from a two week stay in the Canifor hotel,we have stayed here on a couple of occasions in previous years,the staff are very friendly and helpful,the hotel amenities are spot on, the rooms are cleaned every day, with towel changes as required, the food is good with something to suit all diets. The two bars are kept up to standard and bar staff quite jolly.we had a wonderful time here and would advise anyone to try this hotel, they will not be disappointed, I would love to go back to it again in the future, it felt so much like home. A year on this friendly hotel seems to be working on areas that might have let it down previously. It was great to visit and see familiar faces. The food has improved lots more salads and fruit available. Rooms clean and tidy, pool area being attended to. The clientele seemed slightly younger and more varied too. All in all a brilliant spot to travel all over Malta, and explore! After two visits still managed to eat mark lots of places to go to next time, including several new seafront bars in the locale.

I found the hotel friendly and very convenient. Shops and cafes and restaurants. There is a reasonable choice for breakfast if you put your mind to it and at least 4 choices for the evening meal. All the staff are helpful and pleasant. The rooms are serviced daily. Towels are changed daily and beds changed every 3/4 days. (more than some I have known) The local bus terminus is 500 yards away to get you to most places or connections. Being near the headland there are 2 ways to the promenade. One takes you to the aquarium the other to the post office. Highly recommended.
